Appreciate from best Oakley associates

This review is for Mehrdad, who was amazing in his customer service. Mehrdad allowed us to try at least 15-20 pairs of glasses and brought so much more to the floor to help my wife and me to find the best fist for us. Mehrdad is very knowledgeable about Oakley products. He was patient and very polite. He made the shopping experience memorable on Mother's Day. He was the only associate that worked at the store on a busy day! And he handled all the guests very patiently, and we can't wait to come back for more stuff. Visit Mehrdad for the best shopping experience. He is a great gentleman.

Now on my third pair of Oakley Trilbe…

Now on my third pair of Oakley Trilbe frames. Every one has developed hairline cracks around the lenses within days and without any stress on the frames.Customer service not interested in my assertion there must be a design fault or a specific fault in a production batch.

Oakley brand eyewear is not worth the money

I pay premium for fine product and appreciate the product during the time I own it. Oakley quality fall behind other compatible brand and they do not stand behind their product line. I own a sports sunglasses and they are failing. The lens are peeling after many year of use, not abuse. I contacted them for defect workmanship warranty coverage and they flatly denied. I have owned other eyewear and they are outperforming this Oakley brand and they stand behind their product. One example is Ray-ban Wafer I have. They out performed Oakley. I will NOT buy the Oakley brand anymore and will tell other to do the same because they are not worth your money.

Oakley has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They were unable to ship an order, didn't bother to tell me then wouldn't rectify the issue their company caused so I had to cancel. Used to consistently buy from them but never again

Very Poor Customer Service

I bought a pair of Oakley Mercenary sunglasses in April last year. The nose pads came off quickly and though I'd been very careful, inevitably one got lost. The sunglasses cannot be used without them as they dig into the skin. I tried to get replacement pads from Oakley but was told they had none in stock, with no "estimated time of arrival". They then suggested I should try to source them myself from other suppliers of their products. Their response has left me feeling fobbed off and sent on a wild goose chase. I did eventually manage to source a replacement through another company. They also did not have them in stock, but were somehow able to order a pair from a supplier and I had replacement nose pads on my doorstep within days. If it was this easy why was it such an impossible task for Oakley? Poor, poor Customer Service. Although I like the products, and have owned many pairs, I will never be buying Oakley again.

Oakley has the worst customer service…

Oakley has the worst customer service on this planet! Bought a pair of expensive prescription sunglasses! Frame is defective!!!! The minute I put them on the lens popped out! No luck getting it to stay in!!! Contact Oakley, have to send 5 pictures, then have to send 1 more picture, the. They then sent a message saying you service warranty request has been accepted, they will get back to me in 5 days, 12 days later we get a message saying you didn’t complete Oakley required so service request is expired!!!! ????? Took them to an eye doctor and he was no longer a rep because Oakley’s service sucks!!!! Wish I had know this before I spent all that money!!!

Golf shirts are great, until you have to actually wear them...

The golf shirts are soft, stretchy, and comfortable...until you actually have to wear them and realize the 4" (literally, I measured) tag on the inside of the shirt is annoying, itchy, and uncomfortable. Don't try to remove them though, because they're sewn into the stitch line that holds the seam together instead of separately. I now have two shirts I'm hesitant to keep, and one that needs to be fixed by a tailor because the seam is coming undone...Oakley, you guys need to re-evaluate your tag situation, its horrible.

bought sunglasses for £150 and a few years later some of the rubber parts had deteriorated, oakleys were no help whatsoeverthey had no parts in stock, were unable to tell me when or if they would be in stock and unable to help me find somewhere that had them in stock, they just told me to check their store locatorin future i will not be buying from them, seems a giant waste of money when, if something goes wrong, they basically hang you out to dry
